Florence Apartments

We have had a wonderful experience living at the Florence. It is a good, secure place to call home, though adding security cameras around the property would definitely help us all feel even more at ease and enhance that sense of safety. ​The amenities here are good and very well-maintained. However, what truly sets this place apart is the community experience. ​Last but certainly not least, a huge shoutout to our AptLife Coordinators, Yeni and Santiago. They are simply the best! They made us feel comfortable immediately after we moved in and continue to do so with their fantastic event planning. Their efforts really make the Florence feel like a true community.

That’s the third that something bad happened to my car Two times my tires were stolen and one time they broke my window all of that happened in 8 months and two times they broke my uncle car window and stole some things and one time they broke my cousin’s window and they also stole some things and all of that happened and the office were speechless they didn’t do anything helpful for us they didn’t provide us securities or cameras or anything all what they care about is making more parking slots reserved so they can rent it for more money and no parking for us and nothing The security guy comes once a week for 1 quick minute ride inside the parkings and that’s all Zero security Zero safety Zero cameras Zero caring about residents safety I do not recommend you living here You will regret it

We had a great experience at Florence Apartments! Yeni & Santiago are amazing coordinators always helpful, professional, and kind. They also did a fantastic job organizing the Super Bowl event. Everything was well-planned, fun, and brought the community together beautifully. We truly appreciate all their hard work and highly recommend Florence Apartments!!

My leasing agent Melissa was exceptionally helpful in helping me pick out my apartment and making sure the entire move in process went smoothly and amazingly quick. Love the property and staff. Had one small hot water issue and she made sure my ticket was put in and attended to immediately, maintenance came and fixed the issue the very next day super quick and very politely. Highly recommend giving this property a try if you are looking for somewhere quiet, super clean, and peaceful to move next 😊💜
