I have lived here 10 months and I can say with complete confidence that this is the WORST place I have ever lived. I have moved over 15 times in my life and never have I experienced such slow maintenance, infinite problems with my unit, exposure to toxic fumes, and gross negligence from an apartment complex. To begin, there are countless issues with the HVAC. In the summer, the AC did not work for months as we would set it to a temperature range and it would turn the HEAT on some days and in the hottest weeks of the summer. Now in the winter, if we want it to be warm we have to turn on the heat but it always heats it to the low 80s even tho it’s set at the low 70s. I lived here for a year, and while I did have a roof over my head, my overall experience was very disappointing. The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in, which initially seemed great, but it quickly became clear that the quality of the work and management’s responsiveness were major issues. From early on, I had problems with poor sealing that allowed heat to escape and bugs, specifically spider crickets, to get inside. I submitted maintenance requests and asked that the sealing be checked from the outside. Although maintenance claimed they came and fixed it, there was absolutely no improvement. The apartment was so poorly sealed that the heat was constantly running, causing a large increase in the heat bill, which made me turn the heat off all together at some points. As a result

Flora Park has a great staff and maintenance crew. Everyone is always polite, attentive, and very helpful. Any concerns I’ve had are addressed quickly and professionally. Really appreciate their hard work!

I went to visit my family, I had spent the night, I woke up to my car being impounded by Flora Park Apartments. I was parked legally. Apparently you can't visit friends and family or they'll impound your car! Not to mention the apartment was crawling with roaches!!! On top of it all they wouldn't tell me where they impounded my car! I had to call around and find it myself! $400 to get my car out of impound!!!! I wouldn't recommend these apartments to a Baltimore city Rat!!! Most disgusting place I've ever seen!!!

This place is awful. My son signed a lease with Flora park apartments and it has been a nightmare. First of all they have false advertisement because what they show as luxury apartments are not that at all. They have roaches, old appliances, hall doors are old and keep falling off track. Trash all over the place from people throwing trash outside of dumpster or the dumpster just completely overflowing. There is a makeshift mailroom where packages are kept and you'd be lucky to find your package because half the time your package gets stolen and the rental office could care less. Got on the elevator and someone had urinated on the floor of the elevator. The property manager makes promises she does not keep and doesn't bother about going behind her staff to make sure the work is done. I
