Flora Condominium Rentals

I have lived at Flora for about 3 years. I have loved everything about this community from the moment I stepped foot on Flora Ave.! It is quiet, secure, very well maintained, pet friendly, and the neighbors are lovely. The team here is top-notch. The location is perfect; close to downtown (less than a mile) but not in downtown itself. Joe and Sam (maintenence team) are wonderful; they respond so quickly to requests, and they make sure everything is done well. Just today, my handle broke off my sliding glass door (it gets lots of use), and I put in a maintenence request through the resident app. Within the hour, the job was complete, and Sam even brought in a package that was at my door for me. He texted with me to communicate that everything was fixed, and that my dog was well behaved whil

I visit my son and his family here at Flora every few weeks and I always enjoy my time here. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of green space for my dog to play, plus a fenced-in dog park. On days when he gets really dirty, the onsite dog wash station is a lifesaver—especially after those rainy, muddy walks. All the staff is always friendly but it’s someone very special I don’t know his name (tall guy, with beard and almost no hair) but he is super helpful, friendly and greets me whenever we cross paths in the lobby, which makes me feel truly welcome. I would like to rate Flora and Staff 10/10. When my current lease is up in a few months I’m definitely planning on renting here.

I am very happy with my leasing and move-in process at Flora. Angela did a fantastic job by being responsive, attentive, and accommodating. Their leasing process is straight-forward and transparent and things are done efficiently. The property appears to be very well maintained . I look forward to staying here at Flora!

Love this property! Not only is it beautifully maintained but it’s also very peaceful. Neighbors are lovely and a big plus that this property is dog friendly. There is a cute little dog run where you can take your pets to play and also a dog bath on property. The Sequoia team here always goes above and beyond. Angela and Sam are the best and make living at Flora such a wonderful experience.

We visited 140 Flora Ave and met Angela. The complex was beautiful, safe, and very professionally maintained; and yet had a home-like feeling. Angela was so friendly, and human, knowledgeable and professional. An excellent representation of management.
