Hello, I would love to leave my review about the apartments with the new manager, Ashley. She has made some very positive changes. She is very attentive and kind to her tenants. Every time I need something or have a problem in my apartment, she has helped me and provided excellent service. The maintenance team is very good and responsible.

The management team has shown a complete lack of organization and terrible time management skills, causing us endless frustration. Over the past six months, their laziness and inability to stick to schedules have resulted in constant last-minute setbacks, preventing us from moving in as planned. Their poor communication is disappointing , with frequent personnel changes forcing us to restart the entire process multiple times. This level of disorganization and inefficiency is simply unacceptable. Not to mention this is not the first time they delay move in dates with residents.

I've lived there 4 years and I will say now that I was forced to leave I feel I can say that it's an ok place to, live management is lazy so is maintenance Is also lazy when I first moved the freezer ice maker was broken and never fixed and along with never fixing my carpet, and my water heater broke and never fixed, they helped with getting the bed bugs killed but not the cockroaches That sucked. In the end I'm glad to be leaving.

Overall the management and maintenance is wonderful ! Any time I have had an issue or just questions they are always so helpful ! So very grateful to have them as my landlord! You are appreciated! Manda manning

My stay at the apartment was great. However I moved out over 2 months ago and haven't received my deposit back yet. I have called numerous times and no one will return my phone calls
