Travis has gone above and beyond since beginning to rent from him last summer. Any small repair or issue has been addressed within a few hours, including a lock out where I only waited a handful of minutes to be let back in! We appreciate his dedication to his tenants and properties!

Travis worked with us to find a long term renter for our lake house. He gave us good suggestions as to what we needed to do to make it more presentable to potential renters-all of which paid off. He marketed the house on several venues and screened potential renters. He kept in close contact with us until he located a desirable renter. We couldn’t ask or expect more from a property manager.

Travis and his management company are top notch! He goes above and beyond to accommodate his renters and fix any issues immediately. He installed any outdoor outlet for my Christmas lights within a day, has fixed a plumbing issue within an hour, couldn't ask for better service. He often stops by to treat the yard for weeds and trim the hedges to keep his properties neat and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to rent a safe, reliable, well kept and reasonably priced home!
