Flats on Foothills

We moved in 6 months ago and love living here! Phoenix is tremendous at maintaining clear communication, we love being able to rent the community space to host, the space is beautiful, our neighbors are great, and we can’t speak highly enough of living here!

Flats on Foothills is my favorite place I’ve ever lived, the apartments are beautiful and have all the features I need. I’ve lived places where there is never anyone in the leasing office, but that’s not the case here. Phoenix is always available, helpful, and so nice!

This was my first apartment and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to rent here. This is a beautiful property in and out and well maintained. I lived here for a year and never had any maintenance issues. Management is amazing, very accommodating, and professional. If I wasn’t moving for college I would live here as long as possible.

My son moved into his first apartment on his own at The Flats on Foothills. Was there almost a year and I have to tell you that he had an amazing experience living there. First, the units are big and modern with a washer and dryer in the unit. Quiet and clean bldg. The Property Manager - Phoenix Tage, hands the down the best manager you could ask for! Professional, nice and SO easy to work with! Returns your call immediately and went above and beyond to help my son with a situation we were dealing with. He kept his word and was able to help my son which I will forever be grateful for. Phoenix Rocks!!

Phoenix, our property manager, has been super welcoming and supportive of moving into our apartment! They host events for the tenants to mingle and get to know each other. So far it has been a great experience
