Flats on First Apartments

This review is just for the leasing tour process. Jessie was very professional and helpful with leasing timelines and unit tours. The tour process was convenient and flexible, and we felt like we had all the information we needed along the way. While we didn't end up leasing at Flats on First, we came away feeling like their management team was organized and connected with the community.

I lived here for three and a half months and could not recomment more. The building has very good amenities and is placed in a well connected and quite area. The team managing it is very friendly and helpful. You will feel at home here!

The apartment is built with such cheap materials that noise between floors is unbearable. You’ll know exactly when your upstairs neighbor goes to the bathroom, walks around the kitchen, or goes to bed. If you’d love to hear the constant stomping every single day, this is the place for you! They only fix things during working hours, so if something breaks on weekends or in the evening, you just have to live with it until the next business day.

Beautifully built ....spacious... immaculately decorated.... beautifully cleaned ...great front desk concierge services...met with a great leasing officer by the name of Arrianna Marques who accommodations met all my needs and requirements...definitely a 10/10

I’ve really enjoyed living here! Maintenance and management staff are quick to respond to issues, and the new management team has been super helpful and kind. The shared amenities are spotless, and my unit has everything I need. It’s been a great experience :)
