Manager is the best, she's kind and always answers the phone. She's a joy to talk to. As far as maintenance goes it was great. I really enjoyed the maintenance man. He was a hoot and I thank him for all his work he did in the bathroom.

Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences because of the property manager’s attitude toward residents. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and makes you feel belittled for simply asking questions or trying to resolve issues. Instead of being approachable or helpful, she talks down to you and leaves you feeling worse than before you reached out. It honestly feels like many of the glowing reviews might have come from her friends or family, because the reality that residents experience is completely different. Straight to your face, she is rude and demeaning, showing little respect or concern for the people actually living here. I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience living at Flats! From the very beginning, everything about this community has exceeded my expectations. The grounds are always clean, the amenities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. A huge part of what makes this place so special is the property manager, Serra. She is truly a gem—professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Serra has handled it promptly and with a positive attitude. I called and spoke with Serra on the phone about setting up a walk through of an apartment. She was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions. Working with her was easy and she was accommodating to my busy schedule. Would definitely recommend working with her to get an apartment. She represents the company very well.
