I've lived here for 2 years and never had a single issue. It's clean, comfortable, maintenance is fast and effective, and property management is super friendly and great to talk to. Sarah has especially been great throughout my time here, and has always been so helpful with anything I need. Flats II was a great place to live. It is in such close walking distance to several places and is a great place to live if you love attending live events. The property/maintenance teams are also responsive to requests made.

I just moved here from NC about a month ago. I did not have the chance to come visit and do any in person apartment shopping, but Sarah made it so easy and was very transparent. She sent me photos of the exact unit I was inquiring about and even worked with me on the move in date. Of all the apartment complexes I called, she had the most professional vibe and actually seemed like she wanted me to move into her community. 5 stars.
