Flats at Springhurst is an excellent place to live! The apartments are modern, clean, and well-designed, with plenty of space and great finishes. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels very welcoming. The management team is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance needs, which really makes a difference. The location is also a huge plus—close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, yet still peaceful and comfortable. Highly recommend Flats at Springhurst to anyone looking for a quality apartment community!

I have been a resident at The Flats at Springhurst for over three years, and I can truly say this has been a wonderful place to call home. Tammy and Cortrell are absolutely amazing—they always go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Even during times when the office seemed short-staffed, my phone calls were always answered promptly, and every time I visited the leasing office, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine kindness. The maintenance team is also fantastic. They respond quickly, handle requests efficiently, and do quality work to keep the community in great shape. Really great space! Very clean and amazing appliances. The community has a great gym and virtual workout studio. Staff was really responsive and was quick to respond to any requests we had. Also so close to grocery and restaurants.

Great move-in overall! everything was explained clearly and laid out well. Just a heads up: their add-on fees are definitely higher than most apartments. Parking feels safe, which is a plus, but $75 per car is wild. Now, about the actual move-in… if you’ve got a truck and you’re on the 2nd floor, prepare yourself...it’s rough. We had to walk from the back exit gate and all the way around, which made the process super inconvenient. Outside of that, so far so good. I’ll update every 6 months until move-out. Happy apartment hunting!
