Wonderful area, spacious apartments for 62+ Quiet community. Not big at all, easy to navigate in wide hallways. Quality high end finishes with historic features as well!! Rent here you'll be pleased.

I've live here in The Moore Building at The Flats for about 2 months and I love my apartment. Andrea and Percilia from our rental office are Great!! so helpful and always greeting you with a smile ready to help even on a busy day.

Early resident, here. I really enjoy living here: nicely-appointed, brand-new apartments. Great walking/biking area. Maintenance has been timely, & the complex manager, Julie, obviously works hard to make the living experience a positive one. A newly-converted, historic building, but surprisingly few hiccups, so far. If you're looking for a less-busy, smaller-scale apartment living experience, this might be a good place for you.

The apartment ticks all the boxes as far as being well-appointed and structured, located in a wonderful neighborhood, and close to all amenities. Making the move and transitioning to this locale was made so much easier with the outstanding help of the property manager Julie Olley and her staff.
