Flats at Peoria

Moved in back in 2022 lived in a loft unit for 2 years before moving into single floor one bedroom unit the first 2 years were smooth with zero complaints after those 2 lease terms i moved into the other apartment and after one month management changed and everything changed for the worst rent which i had already paid one month of randomly had fees added on now that we’re never there during my 2 years prior random “clean patio” emails to everyone stressing out tenants with maybe a few things in there yard while the real problem was tenants with there patio filled with boxes like a complete storage area our front yards now do no get landscaped anymore as well even when they are clean due to it not being the properties responsibility NOW and now as of last month …..they are changing back to

Such an amazing place to live the office staff and the Management/owner Cinthia has gone above and beyond to help me in every possible situation that I’ve brought to them and they’ve made it work no matter what. they are amazing I love how clean the property is. I love the layout of the property. Everything is always taken care of and clean. maintenance is always on top of everything there’s no miscommunication. They always have helped me and anytime I’ve had questions. They’ve been fast to response and very helpful. This is a place you want to live. It’s very convenient location. It’s high-quality interior. I love everything about it and I will continue to stay here as long as they want me. What are you waiting on? Come Tour the facility and get to know your neighbors and it’s very quiet.

Ceiling was damaged from a damaged roof. Took months to fix roof, but ceiling remains unfixed, black mold developed and my grandsons allergies remained bad over this. Office is aware and it still remains unfixed. There were many things unresolved as well, cabinets falling apart, bathtub remaining unfixed. It was a good amount of communication between office and myself. Still things were not fixed or even addressed. The gal that runs the office is rude and uninviting. Grounds and rent suitable but the apartments left to burden. I rated one star and that was generous.

Cinthia and Kaylee are amazing . Helping our family with a smooth transition into our new home . We are happy to join the Peoria Flats community.

I truly love living here. I just renewed my lease for the second time and honestly this is the first time ever that I’ve stayed so long in one place. Landscape is always up kept, I don’t have a pet myself but every dog owner I see in the neighborhood, they pick up after there dogs and my son and I go out on family walks almost daily. As a single mama I feel safe here for me and my child too. By far the maintenance team is the number one reason I stay! Carlos always handles my maintenance needs efficiently and in a timely manner! He’s very nice and respectful always. He’s a great asset to living here😊
