Flats at Mt Zion

Management in the office suckkkssss. Brandon is a good regional manager he is trying to get the community back to how it was in 2022/2023. Flats at Mount Zion overall is a great community. Its a newly built community. I moved in the Flats in 2023. I have seen 10 different managers since I been there and that's why they couldn't keep up with my recertification or do it on time. So they put me out and said I didn't report income but I notified them when I was separated from my job so make it make sense. Make sure they do your recertification on time. The new manager Kantrica M thinks she know it all but she wont last in the office either just like the rest of them. But I loved the Flats at Mount Zion.

Moving is always stressful, but the team at Wilhoit Property Management made the application and move-in process incredibly smooth. The office staff, especially Somalia, were very helpful and responsive throughout. They clearly communicated all the steps and made sure all our questions were answered quickly. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained on our move-in day. We’ve had a great experience so far and appreciate their professionalism.

I have been a resident for over a year and my experience has been great! The office staff it isn’t consistent but Somalia, Carmelita and kentrica have been a pleasure. Somalia and kentrica always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to help. It’s nice to deal with an organized team who cares about their resident.

Lived there for a year ! Management always changes . But my experience was Good … when I first moved the tub had gotten a crack . Took a minute to get it fix . Maintains always chances . It’s never the same ppl either … free summer program for the kids . My car did get broken into as well when I first lived in . But it never happened again … Rent was affordable/ nice comfortable space . I made it home . Thankful to stay there … Wishing yoy the same …

Hi. I accidentally cut myself and didn’t have any bandages in my apartment, so I went to the leasing office to ask for a Band-Aid. The staff member I spoke with told me they didn’t have any and couldn’t provide one. She did not check or attempt to look for a first aid kit. I was disappointed by the lack of assistance and concern. In situations involving minor injuries, I would expect the office to at least check for basic first aid supplies or show some level of care. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful.
