Flats at 25th

I love my apartment! Maintenance is very timely and management is responsive to emails. They halls are kept clean and trash fairies come multiple times a week. All in all I love my place!

Living here is so convenient! Grocery store, bus line, Family Dollar and more are just a few steps away. The staff and maintenance have always been available when needed. My experience for the past few years and up until now has been nothing short of pleasant. 5 stars!!!!!

It started off well. Was the first person in my unit In parcel b. Brand new. But over time it turned into garbage. Pros: for the most part it's quiet. Not too much really going on. The price is prob the best you'll find for this type of an apartment. Cons: where do I start. Number one, management doesn't communicate with you unless it has to do with it giving them money. They changed management and switched from a 60 day notice to a 90 day notice for move out and never told me. On top of that they never wrote my lease renewal. Nobody answers the office phone. You have to call a completely different property they manage to reach someone. The elevator constantly breaks down. I got stuck in it twice moving out. I moved into the Flats last May when they first opened. My overall experience was very positive. I lived in a one bedroom and I must say it exceeded my expectations. My specific apartment was more than enough space in my opinion. In addition to the large space, the amenities really make these apartments stand out. All stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors throughout. Two things that stood out to me the most was the maintenance man, Willie, and the property manager, Larissa! If I had a minor issue Willie was there within 24 hours and always demonstrated a high level of customer service and friendliness. Larissa was always communicative, honest, organized, and effective. Been here since eunice and the other manager, a shame they left. Here’s what you should know: You are on a round about here, any accidents or homeless yelling at all times will be heard. The police station AND fire department are within 5 min walk. They have a call at 4am -5 am and from 3pm-6pm daily, i wish i was exaggerating. Hallways/stairs have cigarette butts/tampons in them from either homeless or nasty neighbors. Several domestic fights have broken out repeatedly. Someones stuff got thrown out of a window last year and they KEPT fighting about it for several days. This year it was all in the back door stairs. Something about cheating with a puerto rican woman. Rent is currently at 1100 + for one bedroom. The store we’re attached too also has fire alarms that are connected to ours so
