Cons: Construction noise from Northeastern University dorm one block away. The building is open but not finished. None of the commercial spaces are filled. BPD HQ and Northeastern PD HQ blast their sirens. Rent is too high for non Section 8. The leasing staff are too aggressive and not honest about the development. Pros: Close to transit. Close to downtown and neighborhoods with lots of options. Spacious units. This will be a great area one day but that will take a few years.

The BEST property/leasing management I've ever met! I desperately wanted to move to their new apartment, and the leasing manager, Ashton, made the process so smooth and easy for me. Ashton has helped me a lot from the application to the actual move-in and even after. He really cares about the residents and continues to keep the connection with us after the move in. Also want to shout out to our maintenance guy, Oscar; he is very responsive to calls and he's the best in fixing all kinds of maintenance issue, + Oscar is super friendly! I just love this safe, welcoming community formed here :)

Ashton has been great to deal with. The Amp is a brand new building and Ashton has been helpful with everything. He is readily avaialble to assist with any concerns or issues that come up. The Amp is conveniently located to the T (Orange Line is steps away). Restaurants and shopping are all walkable. Great location

Maintenance Issues Requiring Immediate Attention: I am experiencing multiple ongoing maintenance issues in my unit that have not been properly resolved despite repeated attempts: • Thermostat: The thermostat does not function properly. It fluctuates on its own and consistently drops to 69 degrees at night, even when temperatures outside are freezing. • Stove: The stove is not operational. • Oven: The oven does not work. On the one occasion it was turned on, it completely blew out. • Microwave: The microwave does not work. Maintenance has attempted to repair it several times, but it continues to blow out shortly after being "fixed." • Hot Water: Hot water is unreliable. I frequently have cold water, and on rare occasions the water is only lukewarm at best. These issues affect basic habita

I have lived here for two years and have had a great experience. The management and maintenance teams are very cooperative, and the rooms are spacious and well-lit.
