Flairwood Apartments

These apartments look like they used to be a very nice place to live. Unfortunately they look so rundown now🤦. I do not live here but I come everydsy to pick up the person that does, and every time I come, there is so much trash all over the apartment complex. Even at the entrance. I mean how can you run such a place where people live..like this. This place needs a new owner. The potential for these apartments could be outstanding. Only if they had a new owner. Someone that cared..I mean it's like they only care about the money and not the people here. This is sickness to me. And I am sure the people here won't say much because they need a place to stay, but this is not far to them. They even have docks in nasty water with trash. This place needs help

I used to live here 25 years ago and it really was a diamond in the rough.. It was tucked off but so quite and peaceful.. I saw it changing and now I see the change has manifested... God, I used to love this place I called home and Ms. Doddie Self was the sweetest old lady "Apt manager " ever...

Very trashy!!! Trash every where in the parking lot and all over the grass!!! And apartments look rundown looking.

Trash every where apartments are run down looking and always gunshots over here

They won’t give you a second chance .They automatically denied me for felonies 9 years ago .They won’t understand where people coming from .people try to change they life and survive out here .I don’t recommend nobody here . All I’m trying to do is change my life to better myself 😒😒😒
