Grayson Boyd was the seller agent on a deal recently that was the most botched deal in history. He did such a terrible job that we could not actually buy the home as it turns out the seller he was representing did not even own the home. 45 days under contract. $1600 on escrow money, 2K in inspections, appraisals etc. Only to find out he was basically perpetuating fraud. Him or this company have made no effort to make this right. The “seller” we were under contract with will not contact us and we are out an insane amount of money, almost 2 months of our time and no house. The Broker his grandad Hines boyd will also not answer the phone when we call. Please stay far away from this company. Will update after the sheriffs office finishes their investigation.
