Policy says no pets, yet multiple big dogs are running around. He evicted someone for a little dog, yet multiple people still have cats AND dogs that are NOT ESA. Just a lawsuit waiting to happen… plus expect to wait MONTHS to get anything fixed. Place used to be nice, but is a dump now. Such a shame and do NOT recommend.
Friendly staff, easy to get signed up, and clean complex. I have been living here for half a year and no troubles at all
