Its an mediocre place live if but.......... The Staff in the Leasing office is quite Rude and Disrespectful.They're too aggressive and abrasive, over talking you without trying to understand or hear you out, and have no experience in Customer Service. So quick to threaten and take action against you. The Staff definitely needs Cultural Competency and Mental Health training. They have the wrong understanding of their position in working in a Leasing/Rental Office.

The workers here are horrible. They do not respond to you unless you contact them multiple times. I've had to follow up at least 3 times until i got a response back, and when I did, their responses are always so vague. The previous management was HORRIBLE but our new management now from Chinatown is even WORSE!

Their receptionist ERIC is absolutely rude and has no manners, has a habit of hanging up on queries and being dismissive in person
