Fishers Mill Apartments

Let me start by saying my family member has lived here for about 20 years. It has gone through many changes. Right now the property is going through a renovation. Its going to be awesome. The staff. They are super helpful. Maintenance has always tried to be on top of any needs.. A huge thankyou to Trevor.. We have a holiday party to cook for and what happens.. We have trouble with our stove.. But Trevor came to our rescue fast.. Also for the money,, these apartments have a fireplace,, washer and dryer,, and access to close shopping.. You should come check it out.

There are definitely flaws about this apartment complex. As my husband and I just moved in a month ago we had to get a ring camera for our front porch because of Amazon packages getting stolen multiple times and our upstairs neighbors aren’t happy about it. I asked the front office lady if this is normal to the apartment complex where she stated “this is the first time hearing about a situation like this”…. When talking to other residents it is not; even usps stated “package theft is so high at that apartment complex that’s why we have it delivered to our usps locations for pick up” As well as a intense crime scene of a pregnant woman getting stabbed in the field next to the pool (which is usually closed due to cleaning because of residents trashing it) for them to not check in on any of t

If you enjoy sirens at all hours of the day and night, constant transient people camping across the street and trashing the premises, filthy and oblivious neighbors, crime, negligent office staff, rundown and outdated apartments, and more, this place is the one for you. Office staff will promise to change or fix a reoccurring problem to make you shut up and then never follow through. They will then treat you like you are an annoyance when you bring up issues to them multiple times when in actuality, you just want to be able to access your garbage area without climbing over mattresses and drug needles. We truly can’t wait until our lease is up.

So this apartment has come along way over the years, but now they are finally back and better than ever. They have fixed the parking, they have the best Clubhouse of any apartment I have rented, with 2 swimming pools, indoor basketball court, Hot Tub, tanning, pool hall, workout room. And all of this is free with your rent. Dogs are allowed with deposit. And you can get a garage for about 100 bucks more. No other apartment can offer that, anywhere in Vancouver.

This is our second time living at Fishers Mill Apartments. We truly enjoy our apartment and the complex. The office staff and the maintenance personnel are all very polite and very prompt. Very quiet.
