Agent: Julie Fisher This woman is a real piece of work. She was the the agent for the buyer of our home. She'll tell you she wants something done, then chat you you up for an hour or more. She told us her client wanted the cable equipment, only to claim the opposite days later. She called my mom a liar for failing to keep a verbal agreement - which any law student can tell you is non binding in a court of law. HOWEVER, if you try any of her trick against her, she'll play the victim card. Ironic given she blew off the disabled veteran in our family. An incompetent motor mouth who should be forced into retirement ASAP.

RENTER BEWARE! I am posting this to caution future renters from this agency. I rented a very small 400 square foot property for one year, and recently moved out. I paid the required security deposit per standard agreement. When I recently moved out, I fully expected a full refund as I went above and beyond to leave the unit in good condition. I even hired a handy man to repair nail holes and general patch work. I am now being told by Melinda that she intends on keeping $810.00 of my deposit???? She is stating that it was my responsibility to paint the interior and wash the exterior windows (of a second story unit). This is of course, ludicrous. I will never again rent from this company....and wanted to share my experience with you.
