Thanks to the FSR management team at Il Villagio for putting together the best family friendly holiday social to date, since i have been a resident here. Thanks also to the board members. There was something for everyone at this social. Food, drinks, sweets and even hot chocolate with whipped cream and marsmellows. Raffles and trivia competitions with some great prizes. I wonderful time seeing old friends, making some new ones, and meeting some new neighbors. Thanks again to Christina, Jorja, and Earl

My wife and I moved to the WaterSong 55+ community at RiverTown 3 months ago. We are very pleased with this decision, but at the top of our list is the unwavering commitment by the FSR staff (DJ; Heather; Susan; Victoria) to cultivate a positive atmosphere for all residents. Through our observations and discussions with other residents, we are 100% convinced that each staff member truly enjoys working at WaterSong. All are great ambassadors for WaterSong and FSR. They genuinely and empathetically care about the welfare, opinions, and concerns of residents. And, how do they remember so many names of residents so quickly? Everything was amazing, from the setup, to the food, the beautiful tables, the music & vibes. Joe & Demetric were awesome & came around to every single table to converse & take care of us. I felt very appreciated & loved as a mom & enjoyed sharing such a beautiful event for the moms in the shearwater community. I absolutely love that shearwater has events like this & spoke to Joe about future events they are planning to hold. Joe & Demetric really did their thang & took good care of us at the Mothers Day dinner, they went above & beyond. Thank you so much for showering us moms with love.

I would like to provide a positive for associate Ms. Georgiann Hawkins who works at the front desk at Del Webb Nocatee. Ms. Hawkins is always positive, polite, and helpful. She has helped me on a number of occasions with issues regarding the club and my residence. She goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service and is always ready to listen and find answers or solutions to our concerns or questions. Most recently she went out of her way to find information that I needed.

One of the things we love most about living in Shearwater is the great community events, and a big part of that is thanks to Demetric and Joe from FirstService Residential. They do an amazing job running the lifestyle programming for our neighborhood, and it really shows. The family events are always fun, well organized, and something our family genuinely looks forward to. The Mother’s Day dinner was a standout… such a thoughtful and special evening that made moms feel truly appreciated and celebrated. Demetric and Joe consistently go above and beyond to make each event enjoyable and memorable. From the planning to the little details, everything feels welcoming and intentional. They truly help create a strong sense of community and connection within Shearwater. We’re so grateful for all
