First Texas Homes - Las Lomas

These houses look really good but they are built really cheap. If you walk around the job site before the siding and the drywall is put on, you will see what I mean.

Nicky and Courtney are the best at First Texas Homes! I’m not easily pleased , but Nicky and Courtney always were patient , and willing to go the extra mile to get me answers. In home building things are never perfect , but it’s how they respond , and make things right finishing strong in the end. We feel like our overall experience was amazing, and enjoyed some good conversations about life not just our new home also. I appreciate when people keep their word, and realize we are all human at the end of the day . We are all trying to make life changing experiences memorable, and this one was for us. Las Lomas is a peaceful, well-maintained neighborhood with a strong sense of community. The area is clean, safe, and conveniently located near schools, parks, and shopping. Neighbors are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming—making it a great place to call home

Nicky is a wonderful person. Sanders is a great person too. We've had the best experience working with these two. I will recommend that you build with FTH.

Great community. HOA is awesome, they host activities for the community which I haven’t seen anywhere else.
