We’ve been living in the Edgewood creek for over a 1 1/2 year now, and it’s been disappointing to see that there has been no visible progress on the Amenity center construction. When we were buying our home, we were told that the amenity center would be ready by Spring or early Summer 2025, but as of now, not even the groundwork has started. At this pace, we doubt our kids will have anything to enjoy next summer either. Despite this, we are still required to pay full HOA fees, but it’s unclear where that money is going. For example, the 2024 HOA budget showed $10,000 spent on Christmas decorations, but we saw no decorations last year. The community entrance looks dull, there are no lights or signs, and the fountain is never turned on. It feels neglected and uninviting, especially when comp

The warranty dept of Edgewood creek is so worse, that almost 90% of our requests were denied and not offered to fix or repair the issues . We didn’t had any hope from these guys to fix them, but recently raised another warranty ticket for a DEAD TREE that was installed before our house was closed. We thought the tree was fine when we closed the house, and would eventually grow with leaves as we do watering . Unfortunately Till Now it didn’t grow and when a warranty ticket was raised, they denied to resolve or replace the tree saying that it doesn’t come under warranty , and they cannot fix after the house is closed ( not even 1 day of closing too) It’s totally crap with their services

It's been 2 years now in Edgewood Creek, it's been difficult dealing with the warranty team after paying so much. The promised amenities have not been provided. (We were informed that the amenity center would be completed by May 2025.) However, work on the amenity center has not even begun in the past two years, which reflects a significant delay in progress. A small clubhouse and a single pool are simply inadequate for 850 homes. Even with the planned amenity center in Phase 1B, the capacity will still fall short of meeting the needs of Phase 1 residents. How can 850 households—and their children—reasonably be accommodated in such limited pool and amenity space? Your term "Local area amenities" is ridiculous and deceiving. Why would mention something that is not part of the community.

It’s frustrating that nearly 2 years after moving here, the promised amenity center is still nonexistent. For the past year, management has repeated the same updates with no visible progress. and it’s especially disappointing that children still don’t have a proper place to play in the community Update : It’s been the same story for the past year, with constant finger-pointing over approvals. During the sales process, we were assured that everything would be completed by early to mid-2025. Meanwhile, Kids are left without a safe place to play!

★☆☆☆☆ 1.0 Syed Hoque · Apr 2025

It’s been almost one and half year since we moved but there is no sign of building club house , play area or a pool. Our kids are passing two summers without the pool facility and there is no indication that it will be done even next year. Also there are too many rental properties in the community. Update: Before buying a house in this community just drive around and see how many properties are on rental here. You will get a new neighbor every year.
