I've never seen such a joke of a bank. We called and reported my husbands card was compromised and they didn't offer a replacement or anything, was just like "oh okay" so we called the 800 # that told us we would be issued a refund and a new card for my husband. We never saw the refund. The bank told us they would not refund, never issued a new card, and said the 800 # doesnt even work for them it is a subcompany. After several fraudulent charges putting us negative a couple hundred dollars between their charges and bank fees, we disconnected everything ourselves and decided to go bank elsewhere. We informed them of this. They never put a stop on the charges which keep coming out (leading us to believe they never canceled the card). We recently checked and now the account is -1000. All of

Teller is very rude, wouldn't take the check I wrote to myself from another bank to my account here.. make that make sense. I'd do 0 stars if I could. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great Bank. Whatever we need we know they'll be there for us.
