The experience with listing agent Mr. Konz was very disappointing due to a lack of clear and consistent communication. There were several instances where information felt incomplete or unclear, which made the process frustrating and concerning. Real estate transactions require transparency and trust, and unfortunately, the lack of straightforward communication made the experience feel questionable at times. While professionalism and honesty are critical in this industry, we did not feel those standards were fully met. We hope future clients receive clear communication and a more transparent level of service.

Extremely uncooperative. Would not work with me. Communication was minimal. I was trying to work with Ed, but he did not help.
