My family moved into a property managed by First Real Estate. We found dealing with Pat Martin to be difficult and unpleasant. When we were showed the property, Pat said the walls would all be painted and holes fixed. When we moved in, the walls were the same as when we saw the house during the showing, holes from nails and spots on the wall where touch ups were attempted. We were paying 1800 per month and couldn't call for maintenance without a defensive attitude. Talking to her was so unpleasant that we decided to communicate by text only. On some occasions, she just didn't respond. If you are looking for a company to manage your property, Pat Martin will do a poor job representing your interests and drive your tentants out.
