First Property Management

First Property Management is outstanding! They are untangling a bit of a mess at our condo development (commercial). I'm so impressed! They are professional, personable and hard working. Julie, especially, is amazing!

The entire First Property Management team is world class. From ownership to all the people that make up FPM, they are quick to respond to our needs, comprehensive in their options and solutions to our problems and friendly. As a trustee at one of the properties they provide property management and accounting, we are pleased to have a partnership with First Property Management.

Horrible experience with the manager. He doesn’t even know the people who live here. Accept for a helper(very nice person that works for the property management company ) in regards to several plumbing issues since first management took over and before. The original management person was very quick in responding to plumbing issues, but not first management and first management was constantly trying to blame me of the plumbing issues when in fact, it was my neighbors in which we have an a common discharge system for waist. Since First Property took over it’s been very costly considering no real amenities……where is the $$ going???? 38.1% increase in one year alone(this year)beyond the last two years increases???

Where to start with these people, they are really so horrible and so bad at their jobs. Not only the owners but seems like everybody who works for them is trained to be rude. So unhelpful and unbelievably rude whenever there is a need to contact them. Long list of incidents, most recently, contacted asking for an update related to building water shut off after 3 hours. Was told “the water will be turned on when what needs to be fixed is fixed”. That’s a typical response from them. Husband and wife team so absolutely no accountability for anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people at all costs. Would give 0 stars if I could.
