First Premier Title

BEWARE. Worse title company ever. They sent seller closing package to an address from over a year ago DESPITE receiving updated address on the seller info sheet. Refused to resend to current out of state address. Then said all that was needed to close in 3 days is to verify i.d. They sent this verification i.d. link to a unknown email and insisted it be addressed immediately. Seriously? When informed they once again sent to a incorrect email and offered No apologies, No explanation, just blaming each other and underwriter . Maybe if I had been working with this Doris in the reviews instead of this Ariana it may have turned out different. But according to this Ariana, the underwriter is the one who is to blame. This licensed Florida agent (me) sent a new updated picture and drivers license
