First & Main Property Management

Best rental experience we’ve ever had… by far. Everyone at First and Main treated us in a respectful and professional manner. If we ever had a problem or question concerning the property, they were always easy to contact and very responsive. Nice people. We would not hesitate to rent one of their properties again.

We are first time landlords and could not have chosen a better management agency to get us through this process, than First & Main. Jessica and Hannah spent a LOT of time explaining to us how the process works, what to expect, how to properly market and showcase our property, how to price (and price-adjust) our unit, how long it was going to take, and which tenants to eventually go with. They are professionals in their fields, and we will use them again and again when the time comes to re-list our property.

I’ve leased with 3 different companies in Napa County they are by far the best residential property management company I’ve ever used. Almost all other property management agencies in this area treat renters like an after thought. Like they’re not also a paying customer they only server the landlord NOT first and main they take care of both parties. I felt like the level of service was above and beyond what is expected. They’re always friendly and the home was immaculate upon move in. When I ran into issues that most wouldn’t with a garage door they were prompt, courteous, and quick to resolve the issue. I can’t recommend them enough.

First and Main is all you could ask for in property management company. Jessica is exceptionally responsive to owner and tenant, and she has excellent vendor partners on speed dial who are well-equipped to address any issue, large or small. I always know my home is being well-cared for under Jessica's watch. Reporting and accounting is automated and seamless. Look no further, First and Main will have you covered.

First & Main Property Management has assigned Damian to our HOA. He has done a good job compared to previous Managers Company. However, managing gardening service has been a challenge. Gardeners appear to have little oversight by the Property Management Company. Gardeners appear not to have any real schedule for service snd many of the common areas go unattended. Gardening service is huge expense for the HOA with very limited results. Only other issue is minutes from Board meetings that are sent out to homeowners are not very detailed. Damian however, is always responsive to emails and takes professional pride in his work. All considered, I would highly recommend First & Main.
