The level of arrogance from certain staff members was also surprising. During one of my calls, Novotny displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude that left a very negative impression. Hands down the absolute WORST mortage company we have ever dealt with. We were chatting with 3 different people all asking for different documents, and for them to be from the same office, neither knew what the other was doing or requesting. There was a lot of redundant information and documents being requested. This went on for three weeks, up until the morning we closed on our home. They were not responsive to questions, nor acted like they cared when we finally did talk to someone. We only went with them because there was a closing cash incentive. We were very close to giving that up because they were a nightmare to work with. Please avoid at all cost, if you can.
