First Cumberland Properties

This company is horrible and I sent them to News Channel 5 to be investigated. They are scammers and finds ways to evict you. They so unorganized I have seen them put termination letters on vacant apartments. They mixed people personal information up. Parks of Richard is the location I'm dealing with. The maintenance doesn't speak english so they don't understand what you need fix when they come into your apartment. They have mold and electrical problems.

I love this company I have been with them off and on since 2007 and I am back with the same company they care to me and they listen and they try to make things better if something is going on around you or in your home every time I have a problem on the inside of the unit or on the outside they come that day to fix what ever the problem is and if they can’t fix it that day they will let you know when they will be back to fix the problem They go out their way to make things right to fix what needs to be fixed they try to help everyone here and keep them safe. so you can live happy and stress-free. this is what I notice and this is what I’ll experience so I shout out to everyone that works for First Cumberland Properties. Y’all are doing an awesome job. Keep up the good work.😊 RoRo

First Cumberland owns a complex called “The Oaks of Gallatin” . The office manager that answers the calls is located at October Homes, she does not know how to return an email, phone call or ANYTHING. My 3 month old’s room as flooded 4 times since February of 2019, it is now June. All they do is tear up the carpet & bring a dehumidifier and fan. They run up our electricity, mess up my little boy’s room and they have yet to fix the problem. I would NOT recommended these properties. I also called First Cumberland 4 times and no answer. I’m very very upset.

These properties are ALL based on income so guess what....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! If you are unhappy with your community and where you live, I would suggest MOVING!!!. Sounds pretty simple except that you would actually have to pay rent. Yea, that is where you go to work every day and actually use that money that you earned to pay rent. Otherwise quit complaining about what you get for FREE.

What is the point of security cameras when it's obvious no one cares what happens on this property. The one thing that everyone in business understand is lawsuit. Since no one answers phones, maybe the attorneys can get it together....
