I had a wonderful experience with all the personal who assisted me in my loan process. They were all very helpful in explaining the different stages of the loan process. Mr Ian Bernal was very informative and explained what I would need to do for a better chance at being approved. He was always available via phone or text and would always return our calls when busy. I recommend First community Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home.

Patrick goes above and beyond to make sure you feel confident with what you are doing! He completely turned my experience around at the ending of my loan, I was very disappointed in the service and help I received at the beginning of my loan process. Patrick went above and beyond my expectations! I would recommend to deal with Patrick directly, it seems like the other employees take very long to give you an answer, and also say they are going to do something and they don’t.

Kristal at First Community Mortgage did an amazing job. She walked us through the lending process the entire way. She was always available for questions or clarification on requested information. It seemed she was available at anytime. She navigated the process during a time of ever changing social distancing recommendations. I would definitely recommend Kristal with FCM.

Spoke to Kristal Respondek to try to get a mortgage loan and filled out the application on August 8th. Already the 15th and have not received a response. She said someone named Kris would call. Haven't heard anything. I called and asked for Kris. I was told no one with that name worked there. Spoke with manager Ian. He stated he would call me back after he would find out what happened. I'm still waiting. Very unprofessional service from everyone that works here. Maybe in a few years I'll have home after they decide to call me.
