He has been so amazing through the whole process of buying our first home, he was recommended to us by multiple people in the real estate industry and I would recommend him to anyone buying a home refinancing etc. he was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful through the whole process. He answered every single question we had even if we asked it multiple times he was super responsive and helpful to us in making this work as first time homebuyers. I can’t say enough good things. Adam was awesome to work with. He helped us save about $5k in closing costs compared to other quotes we had received. He was very professional and helpful in a respectful and non-pushy way. I also liked the mortgage calculator app that First Colony offers.
