First Coast Association Management

I know associations are complicated and there is several complaints about their way to work . But this management is not any different . Have call several times to complaint I am a tenant owner of a property they manage and they DO NOT CARE does not matter how many times we complaint , they have the complex in bad shape , the trash is full , the landscaping is HORRIBLE and They just don’t do nothing . Have call several times and they act like super kindly but they don’t work . An agent from them told me to go to the meetings ( trying to said I need to go for them to take care of this place) what if I don’t like in the town ? The new to do they work and if you missed a payment off course they sent a letter saying they will basicly kick you out . Ok I paid but you guys are not doing your wor

Jessica has been a breath of fresh air since she took over the HOA at Marsh Cove Condominium. She responds to all communication in a timely manner. in addition, she is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of home ownership. I am very pleased with the service I’ve been receiving since she began representing Marsh Cove Condos!!! Thanks Jessica!!!

My wife and I live in a community that is managed by First Coast Association Management and we love it! This group does a wonderful job managing our community. The staff is always extremely helpful and accommodating. A huge shoutout to Bonnie and Maria for always being so helpful. 10/10!
