I have used Jerri Sims and First Choice Realty as my go to realtor since 2011. She has helped me find 3 of my “forever” homes. Lol. It has been a pleasure working with Jerri my real estate agent she was very knowledgeable about the real estate market. She was able to help me with any concerns I may have had, right away. Jerri was a tremendous help for us! We were tasked with selling my father’s condo from 10 hours away after he suffered many health conditions. The situation was challenged by the fact that a female had taken advantage of his physical/mental state and after numerous failed eviction attempts, we tasked Jerri with getting it done! She sure did. It was a process but she owned it and kept in touch with us the entire time. She took the stress off of us and handled all the tasks and details that came up so we wouldn’t have to keep coming back and forth. She even took care of arranging and hiring an eviction crew to clear the condo out for the new owner. She listened and delivered on everything we tasked her to and we are thankful that the Lord led us to her as she helped to close a very stressful

Mrs. Jerri Sims is the greatest broker I have ever encountered. She not only shows expertise and experience in the field, she also shows care and concern for her customers. She feels more like a big sister than an agent. Moreover, when we faced situations that seemed difficult, she always had a solution. I would give her a million stars if google allowed me.
