First Choice Inspection

First Choice Inspection conducted a home inspection on my new home. They were fantastic and exceeded expectations. The inspector, Frank, was extremely thorough and did a great job explaining his findings along the way. He was friendly, punctual, explained his process to set expectations up front, and was there to greet us upon arrival. He had a nice balance of sharing his findings in a technical and professional manner, as well as, breaking down the information when needed, so that it was digestible for me as a first time home owner. My father was there as well, he is a retired union carpenter and he too was impressed with Frank's expert knowledge of construction. I would recommend Frank and First Choice in a heart beat.

Lew from First Choice Home Inspection did a thorough inspection and prepared a report with detailed descriptions. Pictures were also provided. After I read the report, Lew was available to answer any questions I had. For each problem found, Lew listed the corrective actions that should be taken. Lew also provided a list of maintenance suggestions provided in the report that I found very helpful.

This was our first home inspection. Lew was professional and personable, as he walked us through the inspection. He is very knowledgeable and he explained a lot to us. He assured us he would be available to discuss any questions we had about the inspection.
