Classic slum lord property managers in Cambridge and Boston. FCRC managed our apartment building in Cambridge. Long delays to get fixs in the apartment. washing machines broken for weeks on end with no fix. Staff are rude when you call and not collaborative or solution-oriented when there is a problem (e.g., packages are stolen from the building and they monthly email a clause in the lease reminding tenants FCRC is not liable). Experience dealing with them is patronizing at best and very inept at worst. For new tenants: they require you to have a broker for new leases in what appears to be a kickback arrangement. If you have any choice in who you rent from, I would not recommend using FCRC.

I’ve live at the property at Harvard Square. First Cambrdige Realty has very poor management responses to resident issues. There is not enough laundry machines and half of the machines are indefinitely broken with no communication from management if or when these issues will be addressed. Terrible management group!!

Poorly managed buildings, rude customer service. Washing machines broken for weeks with no resolve, junk piled in building entrance, elevator inspection expired, lead paint throughout the building. Lived here for four years and this is the worst property management company I’ve ever encountered.

Solid apartments for the right price throughout Cambridge and Somerville. Basically your standard for property management in the area. Fair prices and reasonable service. Will fix or replace appliances when it's needed.

Leah Lamb and team were completely great to me during my 1.5 year tenure in central square. The responded rapidly to my questions, and maintenance requests. Everything often being resolved the same or next day. I highly recommend first cambridge realty
