Simple, convenient, clean, quiet (for a city), affordable accommodations while at Mayo. Friendly owners and the staff can't be beat. Are there quirks? Sure! But that kind of makes it like home. Is it plush? No! It sure is comfortable though. Have a 7 AM appointment at Mayo? Sleep till 6:15, wash up, leave at 6:50 and arrive on time. Want to cook your own breakfast after that 7 AM appointment? Easy to walk back, fix breakfast, clean up and return for that 9 AM appointment. I hope there is a vacancy when we return. We left here in August 2007 and returned in October. When we left the elevator did not work - but the staff joined together and took our luggage and everything we accumulated after our long stay down to the lobby! They made it look easy. ممتاز جدا. عندهم الخالة ام محمد وهي المسؤولة عن تأجير الشقق. ما شاء الله قمة بالاحترام والأخلاق وتساعدك وكأنك واحد من أبناءها. الشقق عندها ممتازة وفيها جميع الاحتياجات. وعندهم تنظيف أسبوعي للشقة. كل شي واضح بخصوص عقد التأجير عندها وعكس الاخوة العرب المستثمرين الآخرين بحكم ان لي اكثر عن تجربة سابقة مع اكثر عن شخص كون اني أتردد على مايوكلينيك كل سنتين للمراجعات. المكان قريب جدا من المستشفى. فتح وغمض عيونك وبتشوف نفسك في ردهة المستشفى من قرب المسافة. بشكل عام انصح بالمكان وبدون كلام.
