First American Title Insurance Company

I came to pick up a check today at 440pm. They're closed. Doors locked. This is the 2nd time in a year this has happened. As a mortgage broker i don't appreciate it. I would never do business with this office. Unreal how unprofessional this office is.

Oh my Lord, does Victoria L. ever ROCK!!!! Best house closing ever. She has used her nearly 35 years of experience to make an absolute wonderful experience for the stressful event of closing a house. My sense is, she already had a relationship with the building developer, so things prior to signing all came to fruition within the expected time limits. She is VERY knowledgeable. We were set up in the signing room promptly, even a bit early. For our closing, she had everything ready in advance. She put us at ease. When she found a couple of minimal issues in some of the paperwork (things I would expect could easily happen), they were efficiently rectified and I think probably the whole signing process (blue ink!) start to finish took no more than 30 minutes.
