I just want to say as the owner of a mortgage company with over 20 years in the industry, I've seen a lot. Right now during covid-19 there is an overflow of work in both the sales of and refinancing of properties, not to mention all aspects of the value chain being short staffed. I'm working with Christine on a late payment after a closing. She been very nice and helpful in getting my issue resolved. I wasn't happy about the issue when I called but the time and effort she's offering to resolve my issue, while she probably also has a dozen files that need competing, really means something to me. She shows a true level of service that experienced industry people like me appreciate.
