I am amazed by the hard work and dedication Mr Vasquez showed today! Our closing was scheduled for 11am, and due to lender discrepancies closing was delayed. Friday night and all Norberto stayed well past his scheduled time and saw this deal through. Norberto we can't thank you enough for going the extra mile and doing what it took to close our deal! Much appreciated and highly recommend first American tittle and Norberto overall!

The front desk personnel was not very welcoming and neither was the closer. The environment felt more like Court than it did a happy, welcoming, exciting environment given the types of transactions that took place. I rated a three because of my excitement for being able to close on my first home otherwise I would have rated a one star as I would not recommend this place to anyone given my experience.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Our closer Norberto was awesome. Easy parking is always a plus.

Norberto at the Hickory Hills, Illinois office was invaluable in solving several small problems and one BIG one at closing. This is typical of the service I get using First American.

This place is very understaffed, one person is trying to facilitate all closings going on in the building at the same time. This caused serious delays and I was very disappointed with the time it took to complete this closing. Please hire more staff or limit the amount of closings you are doing at the same time!
