Awesome! Awesome! Let me say that again. Awesome! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Hurricane Beryl came through and disrupted everyone's lives including taking the power with her as she came through. Sheila and Roxanne at First Am didn't let that stop them. Without power they managed to get all of the closing documents printed and we closed the property off site at First Financial Bank in Montgomery who opened their doors to us. Thanks to all of the awesome people who worked on this file.

I recently used First American for one of my personal transactions after recommending them for years through my work at Synergy Real Estate Professionals. I now know first hand why they are our preferred title company!

Zero rating for First American Title in Conroe. I am currently on the seller side of seven closings with First American Title as the title company. The escrow officer assigned to the subject closings projects herself as a belligerent and insensitive person. Throughout the process so far, she has refused to listen to my concerns and she has failed to try to work towards a solution. She uses demands and threats to try to address issues. My seven closings span three legal entities. The first transaction closed; however, I am working to get clarification on completing two First American forms that were sent to my LLC manager after the closing. The escrow officer sent an email to me on August 1st threatening to delay the closing of a transaction scheduled for August 5th with a completely
