First Abstract Agency

I am not one to write reviews, but I feel this is necessary. The property I purchased was in a trust. I'm not sure how a title company can miss numerous owners assigned to a property, but First Abstract did just that. I paid First Abstract for a title service, and AFTER closing was finished, I got a call from the gas company, who told me I only own 50% of the property; the GAS COMPANY could see multiple owners/deeds, but First Abstract could not. The gas company is more effective at First Abstract's job than they are. Another point I want to make is the receptionist blamed me for their mistakes after I called them about this grave error, which makes me wonder what I paid them to do in the first place? I guess that is what First Abstract calls highly professional customer service. Thankful

We had a relatively simple sale of property (no realtors) and 1st Abstract was able to get all the necessary paperwork together and closing date set within a couple of weeks. Amy (support staff) was in constant contact with us via phone and emails and got answers for us quickly and efficiently. Ruthie got us in and out of the closing in about 20 minutes! To top it off, the cost was reasonable.
