Need I say more? I had mice chewing underneath my sink to get in. I sealed that off and they started coming in through my bedroom. The roaches come in nonstop. I buy glue traps on a regular basis to catch anything while I'm asleep. Then to make matters worse, the roaches started invading my bedframe. They invaded my fridge and I find them dead in my food. I have yet to receive a new refrigerator. The back of my stove was filled with rodent droppings. The broiler has rodent droppings stuck to it so if I attempt to turn the oven on, I can smell the droppings burning. The garbage is always piled up and the people on the south side enjoy stealing packages. Too bad rent is skyrocketing, so I have to just bare it.

Frustrating Living Experience I regret to share my disappointing experience with my current landlord. Despite reporting numerous maintenance issues, the apartment remains in disrepair. Additionally, the landlord's approach to rent arrears seems excessively punitive, leading to legal actions for minor delays. This has created an unnecessarily stressful living environment. 0 star

Never though i’d need to go through this much work to make sure my rent was paid. At the beginning of the lease, instructions were sent for an online payment portal. Portal crashed and all bank transfers never went through, management company didn’t pick up any 10 of the calls we made. When we finally heard back, we were told to wire the payment (which costs 25 each time) or drop off a check (let’s be honest who still uses a checkbook. After five or so emails we were told that an online portal did not exist. I could teach my middle school cousin to do a better job.

This has been quite a horrible experience. My apartment has been experiencing so many leaks and to get them to even fix anything has been a tax. My things keep getting damaged. I called because of the leaks I have been experiencing only to be called 4 weeks later by the building manager.

THEY BY FAR SUCK! Just call them SLUMLORDS. Stay far far away as the property manager who i was just informed is part owner does not respond and ignores building issues for example the elevator. I rented to this building with a different management company and the elevator would break down but always got repaired within days. this company doesn't care as the elevator is breaking down HOURLY!!!!!! and on top of that they have the audacity to give rental increases to the residents in the building with a broken elevator!!!. I did not rent a non elevator building as it is extremely hard to do laundry and shop so specifically wanted an elevator building. You would think that the management company will do better for the good residents that resides in the building and pay their rent on tim
