This is honestly one of the worst apartments I’ve ever seen or lived in. When you first move in, the rent seems fair, but every single year it increases by $100 for no good reason. The management doesn’t seem to care about their tenants at all, even though we pay every month without delay. They don't respond to emergency calls or maintenance requests. I’ve been living here for a while, and since my first email about these problems now going on five months nothing has changed. The dishwasher has never worked, both bathrooms are in terrible shape, and every time I report it, they send someone who looks around and leaves without fixing anything. I can only recommend this complex to someone who is in dire need of a place to live. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and there are several major issues that need attention: Rodent Infestation: Our apartment has been overrun with rodents. Despite requests for extermination, the process has been ineffective, and it’s distressing to live in these conditions. Unreliable Maintenance and Extermination: The maintenance team’s response has been disorganized and inconsistent. You never know if or when someone will show up to address issues, which leaves residents in limbo. I toured the property. The staff were very nice on my guided tour. I liked the size of the units unfortunately they don't have the number of bedrooms I needed

Apartments are cheap but you get what you pay for. The laundry machines never work, management is incompetent, and neighbors constantly scream. My heat stopped working last winter and I was charged a huge utility bill. Recently a water leak above me destroyed my bedroom ceiling and caused electical damage leading to my fridge not working and all my food going bad. Property manager offered me a gift card even though my apartment was unliveable for days. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Location is great and the apartment size is nice but that is where the positivity ends. The apartments are filled with pests and the property manager is extremely hard to contact. There isn't any communication for maintenance visits(If they actually show up). I would only recommend this place if you are in a really bad situation already.
