I had a really positive experience with Finger Management. Desiree was incredibly responsive and got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. She took the time to show me the apartment and was very patient and understanding throughout the process — which, as anyone knows, can be very stressful. Although I didn’t end up getting the apartment, my experience with her made me genuinely excited about the possibility of living there. Her professionalism and calm approach made a big difference. I would absolutely recommend working with them.

This company isn't professional. I live in a building they manage, the building had work done, and it wasn't to code. I had to call for proper ventilation when work was being done and had to ask for a schedule multiple times. They sprayed metallic spray paint in the building and I had to call for ventilation. I even had to get the city involved because they didn't bother to put the proper protocols in action. Now with the snow the entire parking lot looks insane it's unsafe and I've called many times about the snow, people are parking in areas that create an even bigger safety issue and it's unsafe getting in and out of the car. Difficult to get in and out of the garage. They told me there was no salt..... we need a plow or a shovel to be utilized here.... not salt. I was also asked if I
