Pictures don't lie!! We are very disappointed with the roof shingle installation by an inadequate contractor, Becker Roofing. Our house was built in 2003 and developed a leaky roof in the garage in 2022. It was a combination of cheap inferior "Elk" shingles and a poor choice of a roofing contractor chosen by Fine Line homes. I expressed my concerns to Fine Line Homes and was pretty much discarded by an executive there saying their contractor was not the problem and pursue the shingle warranty with GAF, which now owns Elk Shingles. Fast forward three years we developed another leak in a bedroom of the house. The contractor ended the drip edge under a shingle instead of on top of a shingle where a second peak met the top peak drip edge and also did not install roofing paper in the area of th

My husband and I have had Fine Line Homes build us the Monroe, Grant II, and finally the Jefferson. We have had nothing but great experiences with every build. The homes just keep getting better and better.

Teresa helped us set up an appointment. She was so kind, patient, and thorough with all my questions. We met Jason and he was great! He answered all our questions and was honest. Has a great personality. I def want to choose Fine Line Homes!!

We used Fine Lines to build our dream home in March 2020. We were very pleased with the majority of our experience. When you build a home there are many different professional roles that need to come together to successfully accomplish this task. I will try to include each step we went through in this review. Joe from sales was very helpful and patient with the interior and exterior decisions we had to make and it was alot!! He was there to answer the many questions we had before we officially started. One thing we were a little dissapointed with was being shown good quality carpeting samples to choose from however that was not the quality carpet that was installed in our home.
