Fifty One Flats

I was really nervous about moving out on my own for the first time—it’s such a big step, and I had no idea what to expect. But Jessica made the entire process so much easier than I imagined. She was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions. It meant a lot to have someone so understanding and approachable during such a huge transition. I felt supported from day one, and I’m really grateful for how welcoming and professional she was. Highly recommend her!

I just want to give a huge shot out to management at this property they are friendly and helpful and have made living here a wonderful experience. The property is clean and well maintained. Overall it is a good place to live and I would recommend it.

Jessica is an amazing human and will ease the move in stress... I've lived here for 2 years and she was the original manager that was here when I moved in... since then we've have many different managers but she's the best in my opinion... she keeps up on everything... regular pest control, the grass is always cut, and the property is always clean... they stay up on any maintenence requests and will get it done quick. We're the best apartment in the area!

Fifty one flats is a great place to live. The grass is always kept up and the rent is affordable. Jessica, is a kind, patient, understanding, person who's easy to talk to should there be any issue at all.

Jessica has been super helpful though my move in and afterwards with any questions or issues I had. The process has been very smooth in the middle of my schedule changes at work .
