This company obviously does no do the bare minimum to provide good landlord services. I've lived next to a multi-unit apartment this company rents for some time now, and they flip tenants REAL fast. I have now called this company countless times (and spoke to someone most of the times who told me they were going to do something about it), asking them to please just provide their tenants DOORBELLS! But they'd rather have their tenants banging on the outside door with the hopes someone will hear them in an apartment literally 5+ times a day, which as you can imagine, being in a townhouse with dogs is an absurd nuisance.
